We are seeking a motivated Business Development / International Marketing Intern to join our Baltic office in Vilnius.

As a Business Development / International Marketing Intern, get ready to assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, support the creation and implementation of business development and marketing actions to promote our services internationally, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials, presentations, and proposals, support client relationship building, and provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of business development and marketing activities.

Our Expectations For You

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or other related fields.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and a strong desire to succeed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.

• Fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage.
