What you will do

• Communicate with our clients, top management of international companies

• Analyse business models and value chains to understand how companies create profit

• Build financial models, reports, and presentations that support client decisions

• Draft transfer pricing documentation and assist with implementation projects

• Support clients on tax, valuation, and structuring questions

• Work closely with senior colleagues and learn how to solve complex international business challenges

Who are we looking for

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Tax Law, or a related field

• 1 - 3 years of experience in business consulting, tax, finance, or analysis

• Interest in investment management, digital businesses, start-ups

• Strong problem-solving skills and the skill to explain ideas clearly

• Fluent English and Lithuanian

• Good skills in Excel and MS Office
