We are excited to open a position for
a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Baltic office in Vilnius.

Your role

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for multiple client accounts. You will be involved in discussions with the top management of high-profile scale-ups and fund managers. You will be managing complex but exciting projects in the digital economy, financial services, and other fields. You will be leading, guiding, and inspiring your colleagues, as well as be actively involved in the business development, productisation initiatives. We aim to include application of AI in the performance of professional services. We, together, will be innovating and aiming to cover all clients’ needs: from transfer pricing structuring & modelling, through the implementation and to documentation, monitoring and beyond.

Who are you?

  • You have 4–8-year transfer pricing experience in the Baltics or CEE (preferably, you have gained experience in Big 4/ Tier 1 law firm or accountancy firm/Blue Chip in-house tax department);

  • You care about your team and your clients;

  • You possess strong technical and project management skills;

  • You love working with complex issues and finding simple solutions;

  • You have CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification;

  • You are adaptive, entrepreneurial, and open to new ideas.
