The Senior Consultant Role

In this role, you will oversee project workstreams and client engagements, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. You will guide and delegate tasks to junior team members, supporting their development while reviewing and refining financial models, reports, presentations, and initial hypotheses prepared by the team. You will actively participate in client meetings with top management, helping to lead discussions and shape recommendations, and will draft and review transfer pricing documentation as well as support implementation projects. Working closely with managers and partners, you will contribute to structuring, valuation, and tax matters, play an active role in project management, and help define and shape client strategies across complex, international engagements.

You will thrive here if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Tax Law, or a related field;

• Have 3+ years of experience in consulting, tax, finance, or analysis (transfer pricing experience is highly preferred)

• Have experience in managing projects or mentoring junior colleagues

• Interested in investment management, digital businesses, or start-ups

• Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly

• Are fluent in English (other Baltic or Polish languages are a plus)

• Have good skills in Excel and MS Office

• Are confident with MS Office, LLM use, and quick to learn new software

Your Package at iVC Consulting

€ 2,700 - € 4,000 gross/month + annual bonus - A strong base salary with clear opportunities to increase earnings through performance and progression
