We are opening a position for a Trainee Analyst to join our Baltic office in Vilnius.

Get Ready To

To effectively support our clients, you will research their business, analyze their value chain, and assess their operational setup to identify key areas for optimization. You will actively participate in internal project discussions, client calls, and meetings, engaging with stakeholders to align on strategic objectives. Your role will involve preparing reports, Excel models, and other deliverables to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to drafting proposals and budgets for prospective clients, ensuring a competitive and tailored approach. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients and managing execution aspects of project management, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement.

Our Expectations For You

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Tax Law, or a related field (completed or senior year);

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• You have an international mindset;

• You have an interest in investment management, digital businesses, high-growth start-ups;

• You love working with complex issues and finding simple solutions;

• You are fluent in English (verbally and written). Knowledge of the Lithuanian / Latvian / Estonian / Polish language is not essential but would be an advantage;

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ease of use of other MS Office tools

• Gross monthly salary - 1150-1350 EUR. After the traineeship a candidate will have an expectation and a priority to start as an Analyst, with the gross salary of 1,800 EUR.
