Who Are We

iVC Consulting is a fast-growing advisory firm helping startups, scaleups, and global companies operate across borders. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, valuations, and international tax.

As an early-career consultant at iVC, you will work directly with founders, CFOs, and senior tax leaders across Europe and the US. This is a high-exposure role in a small, demanding team - designed for people who want responsibility early and are comfortable operating without layers of hierarchy.

What You’ll Work On

You will contribute to client projects from day one, including:

  • Analysing how companies create value across countries and entities

  • Building and reviewing financial, economic, and operational models

  • Supporting the design of international business and transfer pricing structures

  • Preparing transfer pricing documentation, analyses, and client-ready presentations

  • Synthesising complex financial, legal, and operational information into clear recommendations

  • Supporting implementation of the structures and policies we design

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed. Typically 0–3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, finance, economics, strategy, accounting, and analytics.

You can structure ambiguous problems, break them into logical components, and move from raw information to clear conclusions.

You are comfortable working with numbers and data, and can apply basic financial and analytical logic accurately under time pressure.

You can independently initiate tasks, manage priorities, and reliably deliver high-quality outputs by deadline without step-by-step instructions.

You can produce work-product–focused deliverables (e.g., Excel analyses/models, PowerPoint slides, short written briefs) with strong attention to detail.

You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both in writing and verbally, and can explain complex ideas in a structured way.
