The Manager Role

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for multiple client accounts. You will be involved in discussions with the top management of high-profile scale-ups and fund managers. You will be managing complex but exciting projects in the digital economy, financial services, and other fields. You will be leading, guiding, and inspiring your colleagues, as well as being actively involved in the business development and productisation initiatives. We aim to include the application of AI in the performance of professional services. We, together, will be innovating and aiming to cover all clients’ needs: from transfer pricing structuring & modelling, through the implementation, to documentation, monitoring, and beyond.

We are currently becoming an AI-enabled organisation, actively integrating AI into how we deliver professional services. This role offers a front-row seat to how a modern consulting firm adapts its workflows, tools, and ways of working - helping you build future-proof skills while delivering real client impact.

You will thrive here if you:

• Have 4–8-year transfer pricing experience in the Baltics or CEE (preferably, you have gained experience in a Big 4/ Tier 1 law firm or accountancy firm/Blue Chip in-house tax department);

• Care about your team and your clients;

• Possess strong technical and project management skills;

• Love working with complex issues and finding simple solutions;

• Have CTA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification;

• Are adaptive, entrepreneurial, and open to new ideas.

• Are fluent in English (verbally and in writing). Knowledge of the Lithuanian / Latvian / Estonian / Polish language is not essential, but would be an advantage;

• Are confident with MS Office, LLM use, and quick to learn new software

Your Package at iVC Consulting

€ 4,000 - € 6,000 gross/month + annual and quarterly bonus - A strong base salary with clear opportunities to increase earnings through performance and progression
